Frozen Tomato Cocktail
|Skinned and peeled tomatoes juice||2 Pound|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Chop the tomatoes, then rub through a sieve to remove seeds, till you have Vh pints of puree.
Blend with lemon juice, onion juice, sugar, salt and seasonings and chill until mushy.
Pile onto a lettuce leaf in each dish, pour over a very little eggless mayonnaise, and sprinkle with chopped chives.
