Mushroom Cocktail

Ingredients
  Natural yogurt 3⁄4 Pint (425 Milliliter)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt To Taste
  Lettuce leaves 4 (Crisp Variety)
  Button mushrooms 6 Ounce (170 Gram)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Blend the yogurt, oil, lemon juice, honey, herbs and salt to taste.
2. Shred the lettuce finely and half-fill four glasses with it.
3. Thinly slice the mushrooms and stir into the dressing. Spoon into the glasses and top with a little paprika to serve.
