|Sifted flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Take a bowl, add all the ingredients and using a rotary beater, beat to a velvety smooth mixture.
2. Take a 6 to 7 inch skillet, grease slightly and add batter sufficient to coat the skillet bottom.
3. Cook till that side turns brown. Turn and cook other side till brown.
4. Serve hot.
