A spin on the classic Martini, fuses Wild Hibiscus with pear nectar and basil in a cocktail that’s not only visually stunning, but delicious, too.
  Vodka 2 Ounce (Pinky)
  Peach nectar 2 Ounce
  Syrup/Original wild hibiscus flowers in syrup / rose variety 1⁄4 Ounce
  Fresh lime juice 1⁄4 Ounce
  Basil leaves 2
  Soda water 2 Dash (A Splash)
  Wild hibiscus flower 2 Teaspoon
  Pear spears 1 Teaspoon

Shake all ingredients on ice EXCEPT soda, hibiscus flower and pear spear. Strain over crushed ice in a martini glass & top with a splash of soda. Stuff a Hibiscus Flower with a long pear spear then place on the side of glass to garnish. Pear Spear: Cut a piece of fresh pear lengthwise about 3” long x 1/2” wide.
