A twist on the coconut pineapple martini, this drink makes a splashy appearance.
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded
1. Rub the rim of your martini glass with a lime.
2. Dip onto a plate with the powdered sugar and shredded coconut for a coated rim.
3. Chill the vanilla vodka, amaretto, coconut rum and pineapple juice over ice and shake well in a cocktail shaker.
4. Strain into the rimmed and chilled martini glass.
5. Add a splash of grenadine.
