Fruit Cocktail Pie
|Canned fruit cocktail||29 Ounce, well drained (1 Can)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place fruit cocktail in drainer; stir.
Line bottom and sides of 9-inch glass pie plate with vanilla wafers.
Add sugar and vanilla to sour cream; stir.
Stir fruit cocktail again to be sure it is well drained.
Add to sour cream mixture, folding gently.
Pour into wafer-lined pie plate.
Top with additional vanilla wafer crumbs, if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until middle is set.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
