|Chocolate candy bar||1 Ounce, roughly chopped (1 Atkins Endulge Piece)|
|Chocolate extract||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla vodka||12 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
1. Heat cream in a small saucepan until scalding. Turn off heat, stir in chocolate, and let stand until chocolate has melted, about 2 minutes. Add chocolate extract and stir until well combined. Cool to room temperature.
2. Combine chocolate sauce with vodka in a large pitcher or measuring cup.
3. Fill 6 cocktail glasses and a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour about one-third of the martini mixture into the cocktail shaker; shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Discard ice from glasses. Strain the martini into chilled glasses. Repeat with more ice and remaining martini mix.
