Seafood Cocktail

Ingredients
  Shelled prawns 93 3⁄4 Gram
  Rock lobster 93 3⁄4 Gram
  Oysters 93 3⁄4 Gram
  Crab 93 3⁄4 Gram
  Lettuce leaves 4 (For Serving)
  Sliced lemon 4 (For Garnish)
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
  Tomato paste 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop
  Paprika pepper 1 Pinch
  Cream 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix seafood lightly with cocktail sauce.
Shred lettuce very finely and put into cocktail glasses.
Pile seafood on lettuce.
Garnish with slices of lemon.
Serve immediately.
Cocktail Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, tabasco sauce and paprika pepper together.
Whip cream lightly and fold into sauce.
