Award-winning bartender Charlotte Voisey joins Anthony at Daddy-O and makes her original rose-infused gin cocktail. This has come to be one of her favorites. When Page six magazine did an article recently on 6 female mixologists, this is what Charlotte Voisey created for them.
Ingredients
  Hendricks gin 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Lychee juice 1 Ounce
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Angostura bitters 2 Dash
  Rose infused simple syrup 1⁄2 Ounce
  Ice cubes 3
  Rose petal 4
Directions

MAKING
1 In a large mixing glass, combine the gin, lychee juice, lemon juice,rose infused syrup and angostura bitters.
2 Add some ice to the tin and shake well to blend the ingredients.
3 In a martini glass or cup, strain the cocktail.

SERVING
4 Garnish with the rose petal and serve.
