|Prawns||2 Large, cooked and cooled|
|Lobster meat||2 Ounce, cut into bite-size pieces|
|Crab meat||2 Ounce, cut into bite-size pieces|
|Cocktail sauce||4 Tablespoon|
Slice the prawns in half lengthwise.
Combine with lobster and crab; arrange in chilled champagne glasses.
Serve with Spa Cocktail Sauce and garnish each serving with a lemon wedge.
