Fresh Melon Cocktail

Ingredients
  Ripe melon 1
  Mixed fresh fruit 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Directions

Cut the top off the melon, and scoop out the centre pips, then remove and dice the pulp.
Serrate the top edge of the melon.
Mix with the rest of the fruit, sweeten and moisten with a little sherry or wine if wished.
Pile back into melon.
Delicious as an hors-d'oeuvre or a sweet
