|Rambutan fruit||20 Ounce, drained (565 Gram)|
|Honeydew melon balls||1 Pound (450 Gram)|
|Cantaloupe balls||1 Pound (450 Gram)|
|Orange liqueur||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|White sugar||60 Milliliter, mixed with a few drops green food coloring (1/4 Cup)|
|Sparkling white wine||1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled|
1 Combine fruit and liqueur.
2 Place egg white and sugar on two separate plates. Invert six dessert glasses and dip rim into egg white, then into colored sugar. Fill glasses with assorted fruit and liqueur. Cover with sparkling wine. Serve chilled.
