Rambutan Cocktail

Ingredients
  Rambutan fruit 20 Ounce, drained (565 Gram)
  Honeydew melon balls 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Cantaloupe balls 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Orange liqueur 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Egg white 1
  White sugar 60 Milliliter, mixed with a few drops green food coloring (1/4 Cup)
  Sparkling white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
Directions

1 Combine fruit and liqueur.
2 Place egg white and sugar on two separate plates. Invert six dessert glasses and dip rim into egg white, then into colored sugar. Fill glasses with assorted fruit and liqueur. Cover with sparkling wine. Serve chilled.
