  Canned fruit cocktail 30 Ounce, drained (Reserve 2 Tablespoon Syrup, 1 Can, 1 Pound 14 Ounce)
  Orange 1 , peeled and sectioned
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts/Chopped pecans 2 Tablespoon
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Wheaties 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cheddar cheese cubes 4 (3/4 Inch Each)
  Dill pickle cubes 4 (3/4 Inch Each)
  Frankfurters 4 , cut into thirds
  Frankfurter buns 4 , buttered

Combine fruit cocktail and orange sections; divide among 4 individual aluminum foil tart pans.
Mix brown sugar, nuts, orange peel, nutmeg, and reserved fruit cocktail syrup.
Spoon over fruit.
Mix ground beef, Wheaties, egg, milk, onion, and seasonings.
Shape into 8 balls, forming each around 1 cube of cheese or pickle.
On each of 4 skewers, alternate 3 pieces of frankfurter with 2 meatballs.
Wrap buns in heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Arrange meat kabobs and foil package on broiler rack.
Set oven control at "broil." Broil 4" from source of heat 4 min.
Turn kabobs and foil package; place foil tart pans on rack.
Continue broiling 4 min., or until meatballs are done.
To serve, slip meat off skewers into buns.
