Fully cooked smoked ham strips 14 Pound (1 Fully Cooked)
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Canned orange juice concentrate 6 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)
Dark soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Apricot jam 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Prepare the glaze: Mix honey, orange juice, soy sauce, apricot jam, nutmeg and cloves in a bowl.
Bake the ham: Place ham, fat side up, on a rack in a baking pan. Spoon apricot glaze over the ham. Bake the ham in a preheated oven, basting with drippings every 20 minutes. Bake 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Slice the ham and drizzle a little glaze over the slices. Serves 15.

Note: The glaze for the ham can be quite sweet. To reduce its sweetness, use less orange juice concentrate.
