Cocktail Wiener Kabobs
|Zucchini||1 Small, cut into 12 slices|
|Cherry tomatoes||12 Small|
|Pimiento-stuffed olives||12 Large|
|Green bell pepper||1⁄2 Medium, cut into 1-inch squares|
1. Alternate 2 wieners and 4 vegetables on each of twelve 8-inch wooden skewers.
2. Place 6 kabobs on 10-inch plate. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes 30 seconds or until hot. Repeat with remaining kabobs.
