Rob Roy With Whiskey

Ingredients
  Scotch whiskey 2 Ounce (60 Milliliter)
  Sweet vermouth 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Milliliter)
  Angostura bitters 1 Dash
  Lemon peel 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Stir the Scotch, vermouth and bitters with ice.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Twist the lemon peel above the glass and drop it in.
