Grape Melon Cocktail
|Cantaloupe||1⁄2 Large, chilled|
|Seedless green grapes/1 grapefruit||1⁄2 Pound, sectioned|
|Grape juice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Chilled Juice)|
|Fresh mint leaves||4|
All the ingredients and the sherbet glasses for serving should be thoroughly chilled, and the cocktails served as soon as they are assembled.
Peel and dice melon, or cut balls with a French vegetable cutter, and combine with chilled grapes or grapefruit sections in sherbet glasses.
Combine any cantaloupe or grapefruit juice with the grape juice, add salt, and pour over the fruit.
Serve immediately with a garnish of fresh mint if desired.
