|Gin||1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 Milliliter)|
|Soda water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon peel||1 Tablespoon|
Pour the gin into a tall glass over ice cubes.
Squeeze the lime over the glass, then drop it in.
Add soda and stir.
Twist the lemon peel above the glass and drop that in, too.
