St Thomas Cocktail

Ingredients
  Gin 1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 Milliliter)
  Calvados 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Milliliter)
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Pour the gin, calvados, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well, then strain into a chilled glass.
Twist the lemon peel above the glass and drop it in.
