4 (Organic Ones)
1 , peeled and seeded (Mineola / Navel)
2 Cup (32 tbs)
Raw honey/Agave nectar
3 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Raw / Unrefined)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1 Loosely fill your blender jar with spinach leaves.
2 Add in all the ingredients except bananas.
3 Blend thoroughly to break down the fibres in the pineapple flesh to get a smooth beverage.
4 Add in the frozen bananas and blend until smooth.
