Story
I love the taste of pina colada and love the health benefits of green smoothies so I concocted a smoothie that combines the two! Coconut oil contains medium chain fatty acids that are good for your , heart, increase metabolism and are said to help remove parasites and detoxify your system and the raw honey is loaded with enzymes.
If you like pina colda but are not a big fan of pineapple, there is a healthier and more refreshing non-alcoholic version of the famous cocktail. Packed with the goodness of greens, coconut oil, raw honey and fruits, it’s a perfect smoothie to make for a healthy breakfast or to revitalize your body after a workout.
