Palm Heart Cocktail

Ingredients
  Lettuce leaves 4 , shredded
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon (To Garnish)
For dressing:
  Mayonnaise 5 Fluid Ounce (150 Milliliter)
  Curry powder 1 Pinch
  Double cream 30 Milliliter, lightly whipped (2 Tablespoon)
  Worcestershire sauce 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Tabasco sauce 4 Drop
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put an equal quantity of shredded lettuce into each of four serving glasses.
Arrange the palm heart slices on top and sprinkle over the lemon juice.
Combine all the dressing ingredients together and season to taste with the salt and pepper.
Spoon over the palm hearts.
Sprinkle a little paprika over the top.
