Ingredients
  Angostura bitters 4 Dash
  Sugar cube 1 Small (Sugar Lump)
  Lemon 1⁄4 , juiced
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
  Champagne 2 Tablespoon, chilled in the bottle
  Lemon slice 2 (To Decorate)
Directions

Pour the bitters over the sugar lump in a champagne glass. Add the strained lemon juice and brandy, if used, and fill up with Champagne. Float a wafer-thin slice of lemon on top.
