Canadian Club Manhattan
|Sweet vermouth||2 Ounce|
|Canadian whiskey||2 Ounce|
|Angostura bitter||4 Drop|
|Cherry||1 (For garnish)|
1. In a cocktail glass add the sweet vermouth and swirl it around to coat the inside of the glass.
2. Discard the excess.
3. In a mixing glass, add the whiskey along with ice.
4. Stir it well to cool off the whiskey.
5. Strain it in to the prepared glass.
6. Add a few drops of angostura bitters.
7. Drop a cherry in the glass before serving.
