Vegetables With Fish Cocktails
|Cooked fish cocktails||2 Pound (1 Kilogram)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Bottled oyster sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Place fish cocktails on oven tray, bake in moderately hot oven 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through.
Slice celery diagonally.
Seed red and green peppers, cut into cubes.
Cut shallots into 4cm (1 1/2 in) lengths.
Combine all ingredients for sauce, mix well.
Heat oil in a large frying pan, add celery, red and green peppers, toss over high heat 2 minutes.
Add sauce mixture, stir until sauce boils and thickens.
Add fish cocktails and shallots, mix until combined.
