Exotic Pisco Sour

The Pisco sour cocktail is a splendid cocktail that you could add to your party menu anytime you want to make a big difference. A heady combination of the Pisco ( a Peruvian brandy with a lovely sweet flavor), raspberries and some of my other special ingredients. Master the nuances of mixing a great cocktail.
Ingredients
  Barsol pisco grape brandy 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Lime juice 1 Ounce, fresh squeezed
  Red raspberry 4 Medium
  Egg white 1 Dash
  Angostura bitters 3 Dash
  Ice cube 1 Cup (16 tbs) (or as required)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a mixing glass, add the brandy with about an ounce of lime juice.
2 Add in the raspberries and give it a nice muddle.
3 Pour in the simple syrup fro sweetness.
4 Add a dash of egg white to the mixing glass.
5 Add in the ice and cover the glass.
6 Shake the mixture vigorously.

SERVING
7 Strain in to a cocktail glass and add about three dashes of angostura bitters before serving.
