Ingredients
  Catsup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 1
  Lettuce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), shredded
  Fresh mushrooms 12 Medium, sliced
Directions

In small bowl combine catsup, vinegar, and horseradish.
Chill.
Line 6 sherbets with lettuce leaves; top with shredded lettuce.
Arrange about 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms atop each.
Chill.
