Seafood Cocktail

Seafood Cocktail made with shrimp, crab, scallops, clams and avocado.
Ingredients
For cocktail sauce
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Chipotle sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced
  Green onion 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Serrano chili 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Black pepper To Taste
  Hot sauce 2 Drop
  Red onion 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Canned clams 2 Ounce, chopped
  Cooked crab meat 2 Tablespoon
For avocado mixture
  Avocado 1
  Lime juice 1 , juiced
For seafood cocktail
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, finely chopped
  Scallops 1⁄2 Pound, finely chopped
  Oil 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Kosher salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. For Sauce – in a bowl, mix all the ingredients of sauce and set aside.
2. In another bowl, mix together avocado and lime. Set aside.
3. In a shallow pan, heat oil and add in cumin, let it crackle.
4. Add in the shrimp and scallop. Season with kosher salt and cook for a few minutes.
5. Take out the shrimp in a bowl; add in the sauce and avocado mixture. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator.

SERVING
6. Serve seafood cocktail with nacho chips.
