Episode #20 Grilled Desserts

Part of what we do on the Grilldog show is try and show people something different to do without going to too much trouble. In this episode we grilled up a bunch of fruit that was marinated in brandy, used the reserve brandy in a yummy drink and made some sauces for Grilled Plaintains.
Ingredients
For french revolution
  Ice cubes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fruit brandy 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raspberry liquor 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Asti spumante/Champagne 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

For French Revolution
MAKING
1. In a mixing glass combine together, ice cubes, raspberry liquor and fruit brandy.
2. Put the lid on and shake well to mix.
3. Pour the liquor mixture in a champagne glass and top it with asti spumante.

SERVING
4. Serve chilled

It's quite surprising to know that desserts can also be grilled! This recipe video is amazing...I'd love to try this coming weekend :)
