Ingredients
  Peeled ripe tomatoes 1 Quart
  Parsley sprig 1 Large
  Finely chopped scallion 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped celery leaves 2 Tablespoon (From The Center Of The Head)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Put the tomatoes in the container of an electric blender or food processor, one at a time, and blend or process until smooth after each addition.
2. Add the remaining ingredients. Blend or process until smooth.
