|Peeled ripe tomatoes||1 Quart|
|Parsley sprig||1 Large|
|Finely chopped scallion||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped celery leaves||2 Tablespoon (From The Center Of The Head)|
1. Put the tomatoes in the container of an electric blender or food processor, one at a time, and blend or process until smooth after each addition.
2. Add the remaining ingredients. Blend or process until smooth.
