Smooth Vegetable Cocktail
|Celery stalk with leaves||1 , chopped|
|Peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Carrot||1 Small, chopped|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh mint||1 Tablespoon|
|Plain yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Put the celery, peas, carrot, water, salt, pepper, and mint in the container of an electric blender or food processor.
Blend or process until smooth.
Add the yogurt and process just to blend.
