Chocolate Tea Cookies

Ingredients
  Vegetable shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Granulated sugar replacement 3 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 2 Teaspoon
  Cake flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), sifted
  Baking chocolate 1 Ounce, melted
Directions

Cream shortening.
Add sugar replacement, egg, vanilla extract and milk.
Blend well.
Add half the sifted flour; stir to completely blend.
Stir in melted chocolate and remaining flour.
With cookie press, press onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
