Golden Fruit Cocktail
|Packed brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange peel||2 Teaspoon|
|Sliced peaches||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced pears||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pineapple chunks||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mandarin orange segments||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, orange juice, butter, lemon juice, cornstarch and orange peel.
Cook and stir until mixture boils; cook 2 more minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; heat through.
