Spicy Crab Cocktail
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tangerine juice/Grapefruit juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely sliced celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions with tops||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared horse radish||1 Teaspoon|
|Tangerine segments/Grapefruit segments||1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled|
|Avocado cubes/Avocado balls||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crab meat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine catsup, chili sauce, tangerine and lemon juice, celery, onions, horse-radish, and Tabasco.
Chill several hours to blend flavors.
To serve, add tangerines, avocado, and crab meat to catsup mixture.
Spoon into seafood cocktail glasses or into lettuce cups, and serve with lemon wedges.
