Yogurt Orange Whip

Ingredients
  Oranges 4 , peeled
  Sugar substitute 3 Ounce (Three 1 Ounce Packages)
  Nonfat yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Lemon Or Vanilla)
  Walnuts 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Chop the oranges coarsely.
Place them in a blender or food processor.
Add the sugar substitute and yogurt and process at a high speed until ingredients are well combined.
Pour into four dessert dishes.
Chill for an hour or two.
Just before serving, sprinkle the tops with walnuts if desired.
