Ingredients
  Prepared poi 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sherry wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

Whip poi, ice cream, and sugar until smooth.
Add milk gradually, beating continually.
Blend in the wine and serve with nutmeg sprinkled over the surface.
