Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Whipping cream 3 Cup (48 tbs), whipped
  Brandy 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine macaroon crumbs, sugar, half and half and salt in large bowl.
Fold in whipped cream.
Gradually fold in brandy.
Spoon into individual dishes and place in freezer.
Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.
