Oyster Cocktail has a lovely taste. Oyster Cocktail gets its taste from oyster liquor flavored with sherry or burgundy. Oyster Cocktail is inspired by many restaurants around the world.
Ingredients
  Celery 1 Teaspoon, pressed through garlic press / chopped extremely fine
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Creamy horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Creole mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt/1/2 garlic clove put through garlic press 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sherry/Burgundy 2 Tablespoon
  Oyster liquor 6 Tablespoon
  Tomato catsup 6 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Mix all sauce ingredients together and serve over the oysters.
The saltiness of the oysters, oyster liquor, tomato catsup, etc., will have some bearing on how much salt you will need, so add this seasoning last.
