1 In a champagne flute put the sugar cube.
2 Add a few dashes of angostura bitters in the flute.
3 Following the instructions, gently open the champagne bottle.
4 Slowly pour the champagne in the glass almost to the top.
5 Top the drink with a bit of cognac.
6 Serve at once.
