Carrot Pineapple Cocktail
|Unsweetened pineapple juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Carrots||2 Medium, washed and scraped, cut in 1 inch pieces|
|Lemon slice||1 (1/4 Inch Thick)|
|Crushed ice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange slices||4 (For Garnish)|
In electric blender, combine the unsweetened pineapple juice, carrot pieces and slice of lemon.
Cover and blend until carrot is liquefied.
Add the crushed ice, and continue to blend until ice is liquefied.
Sweeten with honey, if desired.
