Cranberry Juice Thanksgiving Cocktail
|Raw cranberries||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple slices in juice||2 Small (Plus 2 Tablespoons Juice)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Artificial sweetener||To Taste (Equal 1 Cup Sugar)|
Combine cranberries, water and cinnamon, and cook over low heat until berries are very soft, about 15 minutes.
Puree pineapple and juice in blender, add berries with cooking liquid, orange juice and sweetener.
Serve in 8 glasses straight over cracked ice, or combine half and half with carbonated beverage of your choice.
