Ingredients
  Orange 1
  Kirsch 2 Tablespoon
  Blue grapes 12 , halved seeds discarded
  Lettuce leaves 2
  White asparagus tips 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Small Can, Available In Specialty Stores)
  Seafood cocktail dressing 12 Ounce (Shrimp, Lobster, Scallops, Or Crab Meat, Canned Or Cooked)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Drop
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Blue grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unpeeled orange slices 1 , halved
  Cooked crab claws 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Peel orange; remove as much white membrane as possible.
Cut into slices and each slice into quarters.
Sprinkle with kirsch.
Prepare dressing by blending together all dressing ingredients.
Arrange orange pieces in 4 champagne glasses lined with lettuce leaves.
Add grape halves and asparagus tips.
Arrange selected seafood on top.
Pour dressing over all.
