Scorpion Bowl Cocktail

This classic "Communal" libation is a classic served at many Tiki inspired lounges, but the original comes from Trader Vic himself. While the recipe changed some over the years, this version from the 1960's is often pointed to as the best.

Ingredients

Orange juice 6 Ounce
Lemon juice 4 Ounce
Orgeat syrup 1 1/2 Ounce
Light rum 6 Ounce
Brandy 1 Ounce
Ice cubes 15 (as needed)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a mixing glass, measure and pour orange juice, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, light rum and brandy, shake with ice.

2. In a scorpion glass put ice cubes and pour in the cocktail.

SERVING

3. Serve with straws.
