Personally, I think that this Bisque Of Clams is the best in the world. That is why I am excited about sharing this with you. I have a weakness for Seafood, thus I prepare this recipe often. It is the answer when you look for a tasty Soup. This Bisque Of Clams is surely going to make you famous amongst your friends once they taste it. Try it right away!
Ingredients
  Clams in shell 24
  Rich milk/White stock / part of each 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by scrubbing the clams thoroughly

MAKING
2.In a bowl, pour the milk and place the flour along with the butter, mix it properly to prepare a white sauce
3.In a pot, place the clams and pack it with a tight-fitting lid, pour in ½ cup water to steam the clams
4.Once the clams have steamed properly and popped, open the lid and remove the clams, let it cool in their own liquor
5.Place the clams and detach them from their shells
6.In a food chopper, place the clams and also add strained liquor
7.Now add water, chopped celery and parsley to the chopper and cook for 10 minutes
8.Take a strainer, and press the clams to sieve it completely
9.Add the clams to the white sauce, and season, beat using an egg beater

SERVING
10.Serve with salads or cooked vegetables or with garlic bread
