|Cayenne pepper||To Taste|
|Finely chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped red pimento||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bacon slices||12 , cut into clam sized pieces|
|Lemon sections||50 Gram|
Prepare shallow baking pan with crumbled aluminum foil.
Firmly arrange clams on foil to steady them while cooking.
Season each clam with salt, paprika and cayenne pepper.
Add a pinch of green pepper, pimento and bacon pieces.
Place pan about 4 inches from broiler; broil until bacon has cooked.
Remove bacon; place in warm dish.
Broil clams for 5 to 6 minutes longer.
Serve in shell.
Garnish with bacon and lemon sections.
