Steamed Clams

Ingredients
  Soft-shell clams 4 Quart
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), melted (for serving)
Directions

Method Scrub clams and wash them thoroughly.
Put in a steamer with salt and Vi inch water and cover tightly.
Steam over high heat for 6-10 minutes or until clams open, stirring once.
Serve individual dishes of melted butter with the steamed clams.
