Clams In Broth

You won't believe how quick and easy it is to make this dish. Serve with rice, over pasta, or as an appetizer. Buy clams from a shop you can trust. The smaller the better. Rinse before cooking. If any are already open throw them out. When cooked, if any remain closed throw those out. When you cook for yourself you can Save Money, Eat Healthier, Live Greener and Have Fun!
Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), dice
  Garlic cloves 3 , slice
  Clams 1 Pound
  White wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Parsely 2 Tablespoon, freshly cut
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon, freshly ground
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, heat oil and add onions and garlic and simmer.
2. Add the clams and cover the lid and let the clams open.
3. Add white wine, freshly ground pepper, sea salt and stir and let it cook down.

SERVING
4. Plate and garnish with lime and serve.
