Broiled Clam Snack
|Clams||1 Can (10 oz), minced (Drained)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, grated|
|Sweet pickle relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|French bread square||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine clams, mayonnaise, cheese, onion, relish and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
Spread clam mixture over bread squares.
Broil until lightly toasted and heated through.
Sprinkle with paprika; serve immediately.
