Ingredients
  Canned minced clams 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can Or 1 Cup)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Green pepper rings 8 (Cut 1/2 Inch Thick)
  Cucumber slices 6
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Drain the clams from the tin and set aside
2. Rub a wooden bowl with a cut clove of garlic

MAKING
3. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and clams
4. Set aside to chill

FINALIZING
5. Prepare the serving plates by placing the green-pepper rings on the salad plates
6. Fill the rings halfway with the cucumber slices.
7. Top with the clam mixture

SERVING
8. Sprinkle the salad with parsley leaves

TIP
Serve as appetizer dip or salad, with accordions of radish, slices of tomatoes and salted crackers
