Ingredients
  Clams 200 Gram
  Sweet fennel sausage 50 Gram
  Fennel 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roasted
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. On a pan heat oil and add fennel sausage.
2. Add roasted fennel and sauté for a while.
3. Add clams and cook for a while. Cover and let it simmer.
4. Add butter when the broth is evaporated.

SERVING
5. Serve it with bread.
