Clam Barquettes

Ingredients
  Baked barquettes/Tiny tart shells 24
  Canned minced clams 10 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Minced green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced celery and leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Fill Barquettes with remaining ingredients mixed together.
Put under broiler until golden brown.
Serve at once.
Makes 2 dozen.
